Therapy Depot is looking for dynamic, energetic professional Occupational Therapists to deliver quality  therapy to clients (0-3 years old).  We also service pediatric (3-21 years) and adult clients in the home setting for more clients to choose from.

As an  Occupational Therapist you will:

Review physician’s referral and patient’s medical records to help determine diagnosis and occupational therapy treatment required. Evaluate, care for and direct treatment for patients.

Plan, prepare and perform individually designed treatment programs to maintain, improve and/or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain and/or prevent physical dysfunction in patients.

Identify and document goals, anticipated progress and plans for re-evaluation.

Evaluate effectiveness of treatment at various stages and adjusts treatment to achieve maximum benefit.

Provide patients with a meaningful rehab experience utilizing excellent clinical skills and customer service.


Position requires a minimum of two years job-related experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Prior clinical experience a must.

Strong understanding of state, federal and local regulations pertaining to Early Intervention & homecare rehabilitation.

Understanding of clinical documentation requirements utilizing electronic health records for Medicare and other payors.

Strong communication skills for accurate, concise, and organized verbal and written interactions with patients and co-workers.
